Listings
You are solely responsible for all information provided in your profile and any consequences that may result from your listing.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate, inaccurate or breeching our terms.
We reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a posting on the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.
We do not accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
Do not post content that infringes the rights of third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark (e.g. offering counterfeit items for sale).
Biographies or Skill or Service Descriptions that contain URLs of email addresses will be deleted.
Provide all information in sentence case. Information provided in ALL CAPS will be deleted.
Ensure that information and services listed are accurate and correct.
Provide a profile photo that is of true likeness. Do not use images or logos.
Listing fees are non-refundable.
We do not review users' postings and are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the content on Screened Music comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what's offered.
We may issue warnings, limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the Screened Music Collaboration Board if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
We do not accept any liability for monitoring the Screened Music Network Collaboration Board or for unauthorised or unlawful content by Screened Music Collaboration Board users.
The Screened Music Network Collaboration Board is protected by copyright laws and all content displayed on or via our platform is protected as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to copyrights laws and international conventions. You agree not to copy, distribute or modify content from Screened Music without our express written consent. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any purposes any aspect of Screened Music (other than your own content).
Messaging Conditions
You will be required to verify your email address when using the Screened Music Collaboration Board for the first time.
Messaging is reserved for those who require services offered by Collaboration Board members and listed on on the Collaboration Board. It should not be used by companies or individuals offering commercial services.
When using the Screened Music Collaboration Board online messaging you agree that you will not:
- violate any laws
- send any abusive, threatening or indecent content
- be false or misleading
- infringe any third-party right
- distribute or contain spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes
- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Screened Music or its users
- impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of Screened Music
- copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;
- use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access Screened Music and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
- harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent
