Lîla's distinct style and intuitive feel for narrative has earned her a respectable reputation as a reliable and perceptive composer whose music always enriches and supports a film.

Her Celtic-Classical roots and memorable melodies permeate her music. She has twenty years' experience as a composer, song-writer, music producer, recording engineer, orchestrator, arranger, and music educator.

Lîla currently works from her home in the Scottish Highlands and as recording engineer / music producer at the Unity Recording Studio (www.unityrecordingstudio.co.uk), where she also records session musicians, ensembles, vocalists and choirs for commissioned film and TV projects.
