Refunds

If for any reason you cannot attend, you need to inform us no later than 30 days prior to the event to claim a full refund. Sorry, but we cannot issue refunds after this date.

Program Changes

Due to things beyond our control dates, times, locations, speakers content and format of the masterclasses may change. We will update this website to reflect all changes and notify you by email of major developments. For additional information follow Screened Music on Twitter.

Transferring Your Registration

We're happy for you to transfer your registration to someone else, but you must let us know as soon as possible. Unless there are very good reasons, we cannot accept transfer of registration less than 7 days prior to the event.

Students

To qualify for a student discount you must enter a valid NUS number when purchsing your ticket and present proof of student status when collecting your ticket at registration. Failure to present proof will result in you being charged the difference in price between your ticket and a non-discounted standard ticket or being refused entry to the event. No refunds will be given.

Photography, Video & Feedback

Once you register, you automatically give us your permission to use any photography or video taken on the day. We also reserve the right to use any event-related tweets, quotes or feedback you might give in future material, fully credited of course.

Accessibility & Privacy

Both the event venue and this website consider all users, regardless of ability. With regard to the venue, you must inform us (info@screenedmusic.co.uk) of any disability requirements when you register.
